Reimagined by award-winning architect CetraRuddy the fine pre-war architecture of 30 Morningside was artfully restored, inside and out, with iconic 11 foot ceilings, spacious floor plans and large windows offering direct views of both Morningside Park and Central Park from most of the units.
Historical Elegance
The Beaux Arts quintet—four pavilion towers and central carriage house—exemplify eclectic turn-of-the-century French style with classical lines and symmetry accented with bravura gothic flourishes.
All of 30 Morningside’s original finishes, limestone façade, wrought iron ornamentals, and verdigris, have been meticulously conserved and restored to their Gilded Age grandeur.
